In today's efficiency-driven business environment, the ability to lead people and manage resources continues to be increasingly important. The focus of this business specialization in Management and Leadership is on developing the skills and competencies necessary to successfully manage people and organizations within a for-profit, nonprofit or government organization. Your course work will provide an overview of key business areas to increase your ability to effectively partner with functions across your organization, while building such management and leadership-focused skills as team collaboration, operations management, strategic planning, and change management.
